Return Window:

Return Condition:

• Items must be be unused, in original packaging.

Eligible & Non-Eligible Items:

• All Punches and Dies can be returned.
• Special Orders cannot be returned.
• Pipe Notching Dies cannot be returned.

Refund Options:

• We will provide a refund to the original payment method, store credit, or an exchange.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Email us Invoice Number, PO# if available and your company name.

Processing and Refund Times:

• It may take 1-2 business for us to respond.
• 5 business days to perform an exchange.
